Requirements Beginner(Club 1,2,3) Age 6-9yrs -Bridge kickover off platform -Cartwheel -Backwards roll -Handstand to Bridge Intermediate (club2,3,4) Age 7-12yrs -Back walkover -Front Lumbar (handstand into bridge and stand up) -Round off -Flip and handspring on trampoline Please note if your gymnast is selected for one of our tumble classes- competitions are compulsory.
